Why high academic grades don't guarantee success
Many parents and students assume high grades are the ticket to the cyber world. In reality, interviewers at top cyber companies and tech units look for something else entirely: Deep understanding and analytical thinking, often in the face of partial information.
Most academic courses provide theoretical and technical knowledge, but interviews test deep conceptual understanding. An excellent candidate might fail simply because they are used to solving questions with a single clear answer at the back of the book.
